Basically, AI is going to make your organization more of what it already is. If you value fairness and reflection, AI can reinforce that. But if your culture avoids tough conversations and accountability, AI will supercharge that avoidance. The pattern gets set in digital stone.

And that’s the choice leaders face now. Examine the pattern while it’s still a human-scale problem, or wait until it’s baked into every automated workflow, performance review, and hiring memo.
